So, you want a six pack fast, huh. That’s great. I’m really proud of your motivation. But, hear me now, it’s not going to be easy. If you want to get a six pack sooner than later, you’re going to have to dedicate yourself unhesitatingly for a period of about 90 days. When you think about it, 90 days isn’t that long.
You can go from having a gut to a solid six pack in only three months. You’re going to want to stop or slow down when you hit a month and start seeing incredible results, but I urge you not to. If your budget allows for it, you’ll want to eat mostly all organic foods. This can tag on an extra thirty dollars to your grocery bill, but the benefits of organic are endless. Not only do you feel better in general, you’re able to perform your workouts better. You’ll have more energy as organic foods don’t contain additives that will most likely slow you down.
Organic is the new way to eat; however, if you can’t afford to buy organic given the economic climate, buy plenty of produce, whole grains and lean meats nonetheless.
If you want to get a six pack fast, you’ll have to ward off your sweet tooth. It’s okay to eat sweets and deserts occasionally. When I say occasionally, I mean once a week. Look forward to it as your treat for doing a good job. If you’re extremely motivated to get a six pack though, you won’t eat any sweets at all.
Sweets are the worst thing for your gut. The sugar almost instantly turns to fat and covers up the abs you have worked so strongly to obtain.
Instead of eating three big meals, you’ll want to eat four medium-sized meals intermittently throughout the day. You can snack in-between, but then again, how bad to you really want that six pack. If you want it bad enough, you won’t snack and just stick to your four meals per day.
You’ll want to have a lot of protein in your diet. Go out and buy some powdered protein that doesn’t contain any fat. Yes, they’re out there. They don’t taste the best, but they are the most effective. The only time you should eat outside of your four meals is upon a workout when you drink a protein shake. The protein shake is necessary for muscle recover. Your abs will benefit from such a shake.
The more vegetables you eat – particularly green vegetables – the more profound your six pack will be. Not only will you achieve a six pack, you’ll become vascular in your ab region too. What does this mean? It means that you will have veins scattered around you that will make you looked ripped as hell. Broccoli, asparagus and spinach are my favorite kinds of vegetables. However, some people cannot eat broccoli because of its acidity content. Don’t worry though – there are plenty more green vegetables to choose from.
What You’ll Need to Get
What you need to get is something that will change your life and the level of your confidence. It will change the number of girls you get with from low to high and it will get you a six pack that all of your friends will envy. This something is the P90x program. The program is a series of discs that offers 10 hour long workouts. Yes, I know how that sounds. An hour long workout every single day seems almost impossible if you are not already working out. It’s quite possible though if you have the motivation and the drive. What you’ll have to do is keep something motivating in mind day in and day out. This can come in all forms. A girl or just the thought of a killer six pack, or both. The more sources of motivation you have, the better.
The P90x system is the best six pack system out there. Also, not only will you get a six pack, you’ll also get ripped up in other places over your body. Your arms will look like pipes and your body in general will look hulkish and fit.
For the P90x you’ll need five resistance bands and a pull up/push up bar. All in all, the system cost around two hundred dollars, but you can get it used for around one hundred dollars. So, if you want to look at it in a different perspective: it costs around 100 dollars and takes 90 hours of your time to get a six pack. That doesn’t sound too bad when you put it like that. The P90x isn’t dry and boring either. You won’t want the workout out to end, which isn’t to say you won’t become tired. The P90x combines myriad exercises that include yoga and resistance training. You get a new routine almost every day that will work your body in ways you have never worked it before.
