You’ll be planning trips to the beach and wanting to go to the pool everyday to show off you new physique in no time. All you have to do is follow my two step approach that includes dieting and exercising.</p>
<h1>Part 1: Dieting</h1>

It depends if you overeat or not. If you are already proactive in eating healthily, this part of the process will be a piece of cake. To start, you need to get rid of all the refined foods in your pantry, refrigerator and freezer.</p>
<p>What do you replace all of these foods with? Healthy food – food like whole grain bread, peanut butter, organic produce and things that are minimally processed. You’ll want to start doing your own cooking too. When you buy prepackaged food, you are often buying the added fat that comes along with it. This fat will not help your efforts to get a six pack. It will dramatically slow them down.</p>
<p>Without dieting, there is nothing for you. No six pack lies in wait if you continue to eat the way you do, assuming that you don’t eat healthily already. <h1>Part 2: Exercising</h1>
<p>For the exercising part of things, you’re going to want to do a variation of cardio and body building. You should exercise for around 30 minutes every day except for one day of the week. Switch between cardio one day and body building the other. Cardio can be either in the form of running, swimming, jogging, hiking or biking. Cardio exercises are easy to follow. However, body building exercises are harder. I will outline some of my favorite exercises that will help get you the six pack you want faster.</p>
<h2>Crunches:</h2>
<p>This is the most common ab exercise, but it is also the most effective at targeting the abs you want to build. There is a right way to do crunches and a wrong way. You have probably never done them the right way and this is your chance to do so. To start, lie on the ground with you back flat. Put your legs in the air. Do crunches as you would normally do but focus on targeting the lower parts of your abs. The lower part is the hardest section to get ripped up.</p>
<h2>Scissors:</h2>
<p>This is an exercise that will tear your lower abs up. It’s easy too. Lie on your back with your back straight. Raise your legs about six inches off of the ground and alternate them back and forth in a kicking motion while focusing on the lower part of your abs. The faster you kick, the harder your abs will get worked. I find that it’s best to put your hands underneath your butt. This allows for more control and more reps. Don’t cheat though and lift your legs up with your hands.</p>
<h2>Windshield Wipers:</h2>
<p>This exercise is good at working your entire middle section and it is quite fun to do. Once again, lie with your back on the floor. Raise your legs and bend them at the knees at a 90 degree angle. Once in position, rock your legs from one side to the other while focusing on targeting your abs. Don’t use your entire body to complete the motion. Just use the muscles in your mid section. This is a great exercise for tearing up the little muscles all over the torso region.</p>

If you want to get a six pack sooner than later, you’re going to have to dedicate yourself unhesitatingly for a period of about 90 days. When you think about it, 90 days isn’t that long.</p>
<p>You can go from having a gut to a solid six pack in only three months. You’re going to want to stop or slow down when you hit a month and start seeing incredible results, but I urge you not to. When you hit the month mark, you are only one third of the way there. Just think, what you see at the month mark is only 33 percent of the six pack you can have. If you keep with it you’ll be looking like Schwarzenegger did 30 years ago.</p>
<p>To get a six pack fast, I recommend doing two things:</p>
<ol>
<li>dieting and</li>
<li>buying P90x.</li>
</ol>
<p>First, I’ll talk about dieting and some of the things you’ll need to do in order to diet effectively.</p>
<h1>What You’ll Want to Eat</h1>
<p>If your budget allows for it, you’ll want to eat mostly all organic foods. This can tag on an extra thirty dollars to your grocery bill, but the benefits of organic are endless. Not only do you feel better in general, you’re able to perform your workouts better. You’ll have more energy as organic foods don’t contain additives that will most likely slow you down.</p>
<p>Organic is the new way to eat; however, if you can’t afford to buy organic given the economic climate, buy plenty of produce, whole grains and lean meats nonetheless.</p>
<p>If you want to get a six pack fast, you’ll have to ward off your sweet tooth. It’s okay to eat sweets and deserts occasionally. When I say occasionally, I mean once a week. Look forward to it as your treat for doing a good job. If you’re extremely motivated to get a six pack though, you won’t eat any sweets at all.</p>
<p>Sweets are the worst thing for your gut. The sugar almost instantly turns to fat and covers up the abs you have worked so strongly to obtain.</p>
<p>Instead of eating three big meals, you’ll want to eat four medium-sized meals intermittently throughout the day. You can snack in-between, but then again, how bad to you really want that six pack. If you want it bad enough, you won’t snack and just stick to your four meals per day.</p>
<p>You’ll want to have a lot of protein in your diet. Go out and buy some powdered protein that doesn’t contain any fat. Yes, they’re out there. They don’t taste the best, but they are the most effective. The only time you should eat outside of your four meals is upon a workout when you drink a protein shake. You’ll probably find yourself straying from the course you set for yourself because you won’t have anything keeping you motivated besides yourself. There isn’t any little man in the television telling you to keep going and there is no personal trainer spotting you and screaming motivational tid bits into your ear. Pretty much, you are all on your own. Unless you get a workout partner. This is something I highly recommend.</p>
<p>Doing your own workout routine will require more time out of your day. That is to say, you will have to spend more time in the basement. If you don’t have the equipment that is necessary to intensify your workout, you will have to do more reps in every exercise you do.</p>
<p>It’s going to be hard to get an eight pack without the help of a gym or some kind of system. It is possible, but it will be very hard. And this is where I leave you with my last piece of advice. If you can’t afford a trainer, at least save up for the P90X. It’s only around one hundred bucks used and it is extremely effective.</p>

<p>I know it works and it is not a gimmick. It’s fairly simple to. There is a misconceived notion that a diet has to be hard and an exercise routine has to be full of stress and time consuming.</p>
<p>This notion is highly misconceived and highly untrue. I don’t know who started this idea, but they should be shot dead for their untruthfulness. Or maybe it isn’t untruthfulness that started this ugly rumor. It was probably a lazy fat man who didn’t want to get off of his ass.</p>
<p>My six pack diet plan requires you to eat healthy and stick to a plan. It requires motivation and is not for the weak hearted. That is not to say it is the hardest six pack diet plan ever mentioned, but it is a diet plan that requires dedication. Get excited, man! You’re about to get a six pack and it won’t cost you too much time or money.</p>

I prefer organic food as it is not refined and processed. Unprocessed and unrefined foods usually have added fat and calories that you don’t require.</p>
<p>Before I get started with the six pack diet, let me tell you a little bit about myself and how my diet changed how I lived my life. Before working my six pack diet, I wasn’t a fat person, but I was a person with no definition. I would look in the mirror in a “whatever” kind of way and not really appreciate my body. I realized one day that the body is meant to be appreciated by other and, most importantly, by yourself.</p>
<p>That is why I started my own diet that proved to work. I didn’t know going into it what to expect, but it ended up working wonders. In addition to getting a six pack, I also lost weight – a lot of weight for my size. Before I started the diet, I weight around 190 pounds. I had some sources of fat on my body that the diet cut off. I think that is where the weight was lost – in those fatty sections. Anyways, enough about me. More about the diet. Get excited!</p>
<h1>How the Diet Goes</h1>
<p>Well, the diet requires you to eat plenty of wholesome foods. I’ll breakdown some examples of what you should eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Yeah, I stuck with the American meal course and it turned out good. I just modified the portions a little bit.</p>
<h2>For breakfast</h2>
<p>I ate a lot. I would eat around eight o’clock and I was full until about 1:30 in the afternoon. I ate all kinds of foods: eggs, bacon, ham, whole grain cereal, grapefruits, OJ, etc. The great thing about breakfast time is that you can eat those greasy foods that you love. When you wake in the morning, your body has a large amount of acid within it that is great at breaking down fatty foods, therefore, it is best to eat these kinds of foods in the morning, right after you wake.</p>
<h2>For lunch</h2>
<p>I also eat a lot. As you can see, I eat a lot during the day because that is when I am most active. For lunch, I’ll eat a lot of whole grains in the forms of brown rice, sandwiches with lean meat and plenty of green vegetables. In my opinion, green vegetables taste the best and they are the best for you. All that color amazes me. The green must contain some gut busting ability. The greens really benefitted my six pack that was coming along at a nice pace.</p>
<h2>For dinner</h2>
<p>I would eat a lot of fish and a starch in the form of a yam, sweet potato and regular baked potatoes. I would also compliment these foods with a small side salad. And that’s it. There’s no point to eat a lot just hours before you go to bed. If you eat too much food before you go to bed, you will gain weight like never before. Those calories just build up and go right to your ass, or your gut – the part of your body you are trying to slim down.</p>
<h1>The Exercise Routine</h1>
<p>The exercise routine may be the easiest part, regardless of what I said before. Now that I think about it, it was really hard to go without sweets and snack when sticking to the diet. For my exercises, I simply looked up new routines online every day. On Mondays, I would do a cardio and an abdominal routine.</p>
<p>The next day, I would skip cardio and do a full chest and back routine (remember it’s not just all about ab routines when trying to get a six pack. The little core muscles worked by other exercises are completely necessary). It would continue like this and I would take Sundays off.</p>
<p>You’ll want to work your core at least twice a week. When people think of six pack routines they often attach it to a workout that requires you to exercise your abs for at least one hour every day. However, like every other muscle group in the body, the abs need time to rest up.</p>
<p>This resting process is just as important as the actual act of working out. Working out could virtually be for nothing if you don’t give your body the time it needs to recuperate. Recuperation is key. That is why you should only work out your abs at the most every other day. Working your abs out every other day is more than enough time for you to achieve a six pack ab.</p>
<p>This is the only exercise routine that is work practicing. Don’t waste your time with other useless routines that haven’t been experimented with. Again, this routine is tried and true and right for everyone, especially you. You just need the motivation to get started. Think of your happy place, think of the future, think of your hot girlfriend, or, if you don’t have a girlfriend, think about all those hot girls that will be all over you.</p>
